The what and why's:

Delivery schedule:
Standard deliveries are batch processed which allow us to minimize costs associated with the deliveries and stock handing. Delivery will be within a month of order, with exact timing confirmed via e-mail.
Premium deliveries take 5 days and may not always be available.

Orders including items with an "Estimated delivery delay" will be delivered once all items are ready for delivery.

Delivery charge:
Standard deliveries - Flat rate of £15.00 per delivery.
Premium delivery - Flat rate of £25.00 per delivery.

Discount code

Discount codes are issued by email within a month of your review or delivery.

Each code may be used once before expiry, one per order with the value or percentage deducted from the value or your order excluding delivery charges.

Rewards

Rewards are earned for reviews, fixed amounts requires the unique code written on the review card. Such codes may only be used once to generate a reward (evidence may be required in case of dispute).
